Allen Harris ODESSA Allen Harris, 85, of Odessa, died Saturday, Jan. 6, 2001, at Deerings Nursing Home. Arrangements are pending with Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel. Velma Williams ANDREWS Velma "Mac" Williams, 82, of Odessa, a registered nurse, died Saturday, Jan. 6, 2001, at her home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Kevin Strempke and Eddie Marcum officiating. Burial will be at Andrews West Cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home. She was born in Spadra, Ark. She served as a registered nurse in the U.S. Navy during World War II. She and her husband owned Jays Grocery in Andrews from 1961 to 1977. She was Methodist. SURVIVORS: Daughter, Becky Forbus of Odessa; sons, Martin J. Williams II of West Columbia and Michael L. Williams of Alpine; and three grandsons. Pauline Goodyear ODESSA Pauline Wood Goodyear, 82, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Friday, Jan. 5, 2001, at Pecos County Memorial Hospital in Fort Stockton.
