Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Blackwell Cemetery with Dennis Clark officiating. Arrangements by Girdner-Brown Funeral Home. He was born in Lott. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Wife, Betty Fesperman of Blackwell; daughters, Susie Phillips of San Angelo and Linda Odom of Bastrop; son, Cecil Fesperman of San Angelo; sisters, Helen Clark of San Angelo, Grace Bridges and Faye Riley, both of Odessa, and Jimmie Ruth Brown of Pevely, Mo.; 18 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Annie Meredith MEXIA Annie Ruth Stevens Meredith, 80, of Tehuacana, a homemaker, died Thursday, Jan. 18, 2001, at Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia. Services were at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, 2001, at Blair-Stubbs Chapel with the Rev. Harvey Hallmark officiating. Burial was at the Mexia Cemetery. Arrangements by Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home. She was born in Wilburton, Okla., and had been a resident of Crane and Odessa. She was Pentecostal. SURVIVORS: Sons, Ronnie Jones of San Angelo, Norman Meredith of Tehuacana and Gary Meredith of Odessa; daughter, Dollie Eckols of Dawson; brothers, Robert Stevens and John David Stevens, both of Mexia; sisters, Betty White of Mexia, Isabell Walker of Frankston, Robbie Reinhard of Dennison and Mary Wofford of Henderson; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Robert Tarin FORT STOCKTON Robert L. Tarin, 44, of Imperial, an oilfield pumper, died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2001, near Imperial. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Buena Vista Independent School District auditorium with the Rev. Dean Duckett officiating. Burial will be at the Imperial Cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home. He was born in Fort Stockton and had been a resident of Norwalk, Calif., before moving to Imperial in 1988. He was Protestant. SURVIVORS: Wife, Mary D. Tarin of Imperial; daughter, Tina Huie of Norwalk, Calif.; sons, Michael Vaca of Whittier, Calif., and Robert Lee Tarin Jr. of Imperial; parents, E.C.
