Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Jonathan Urshan officiating. Burial will be at Hawk Point Cemetery in Hawk Point, Mo. Steve Dowden HOUSTON Steve Dowden, 72, of Houston, former professional football player for the Green Bay Packers, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001, at his residence. Reuben Payne ODESSA Reuben Desota Payne, 70, of Odessa, a retired hotel porter, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2001, at Medical Center Hospital.
