He was a deacon at Sherwood Church of Christ. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Sherwood Church of Christ with the Rev. Lynn Money officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Gladys M. Couch ODESSA Gladys M. Couch, 80, of Odessa, died Saturday, Feb. 3. She was born in Skytook, Okla., and worked for Phillips Petroleum Co. She was a member of Christian Church. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel. Grave-side services will follow at 1 p.m. MST in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Hobbs, N.M. Irene Carter ODESSA Irene Carter, 85, of Odessa, died Sunday, Feb. 4, at Avalon Nursing Center. She was born in Mena, Ark., and came to Odessa in 1996 from Bakersfield, Calif. She was a Baptist. Larson of Odessa. Aurora D. Anaya ODESSA Aurora D. Anaya, 86, died Friday, Feb. 2, at Medical Center Hospital. She was born in Chihuahua, Mexico. She was a homemaker. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. tonight at Martinez Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Gilbert Rodriguez officiating. Leon Melton ODESSA A.L. Leon Melton, 83, died Saturday, Feb. 3, at Medical Center Hospital. He was born in Dustin, Okla., and worked for Phillips Petro-leum Co. He came to Odessa in 1948. He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Westminster Pres-byterian Church with the Rev. Cheryl Homsher officiating.
