Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Gilbert Rodriguez officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Martinez Funeral Home. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home. He was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, and was a lifelong resident of Odessa. He was Catholic. Bill Chesney ANDREWS Bill Chesney, 76, of San Antonio, retired Andrews County commissioner, died Sunday, April 29, 2001, in San Antonio. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Andrews Old Cemetery with Ted Short officiating. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home. He was born in Sweetwater and had been a longtime resident of Andrews. Margie Davis ODESSA Margie Davis, 65, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Sunday, April 29, 2001, at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston. She was born in Paul, Ala., and moved to Odessa in 1971 from Houston. She was Baptist.
