       FORT STOCKTON Angelita P. Kela Garcia, 88, of Fort Stockton, a
          homemaker, died Tuesday, May 1, 2001, in Fort Stockton.
   Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. Agnes Catholic Church
   with the Rev. David Herrera officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph
           Cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.
     She was born in Fort Stockton and was a lifelong resident. She was
                                 Catholic.
    SURVIVORS: Sons, Manuel P. Garcia, Ramon P. Garcia, Brigido P. Vico
   Garcia, Amado P. Garcia and Eloy P. Garcia, all of Fort Stockton, and
       Joe Luis Garcia of Fort Worth; daughters, Elida Garcia of Fort
    Stockton and Mary G. Pena of Temple; sisters, Erundina P. Garcia and
         Librada Pina, both of Fort Stockton; 22 grandchildren; 35
         great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

    IRAAN J.C. Idell Jr., 77, of Iraan, a retired production manager for
     Helmerich Payne Co., died Thursday, May 3, 2001, at his residence.
     Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Restland Cemetery
          with the Rev. Jesus Galindo officiating. Arrangements by
                       Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
   He was born in Thackerville, Okla., and was a resident of Iraan since
       1946. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was Christian.
   SURVIVORS: Son, Jim Idell of McCamey; sisters, Lois Roberson and Helen
     Young, both of Gainesville, and Mary Pace of Oklahoma City; three
               grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

    ODESSA Marcus DeWayne Mann, an infant, was stillborn Tuesday, May 1,
                     2001, at Odessa Regional Hospital.
      Graveside services were at 9 a.m. Thursday at Rose Hill Babyland
     Cemetery with the Rev. David Johnson officiating. Arrangements by
                           Martinez Funeral Home.
    SURVIVORS: Mother, Katherine Yvonne Mann of Odessa; grandfather, Bob
   Mann of Odessa; grandmother, Kelly Mann of Odessa; great-grandfather,
     Lyod Glenn of Odessa; and great-grandmother, June Glenn of Odessa.

        MONAHANS W.C. Sonny Smith, 60, of Odessa, a former worker of
     com-mercial construction, died Wednesday, May 2, 2001, in Odessa.
    Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Monahans Cemetery
    with the Rev. Robert Scofield officiating. Arrangements by Frank W.
                         Wilson Funeral Directors.
      He was born in Fort Stockton and moved to Odessa in 1980. He was
                                 Christian.
   SURVIVORS: Daughters, Stacy Woodson of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Cristy
       Beasley of Columbus, Ohio; sister, Sue Kettle of Odessa; and a
                               granddaughter.
