May 26, 2001 Ernest Ramsey COLEMAN Ernest William Ramsey, 77, of Clyde died Thursday, May 24, 2001, at Abilene Regional Hospital in Abilene. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Walker Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Mike Redden and Michael McBride officiating. Burial will be at Glen Cove Cemetery. Arrangements by Walker Funeral Home. He was born in Loudon, Tenn., and was a resident of Clyde since 1980. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Wife, Mary Betty Hamon of Clyde; daughters, Patricia Ann Bowman of Loudon, Karen Westmorland of Madison, N.C., and Shilia Allen of Odessa; son, Luke Ramsey of Irving; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Melvin Webb ODESSA Melvin Fred Webb, 87, of Odessa, retired assistant postmaster, died Thursday, May 24, 2001, at Medical Center Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Heggemeier officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Wilson, Okla., and moved to Odessa in 1927 from Wilson. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was Methodist.
