                             Jacqueline Buttery
                                      
   MIDLAND Jacqueline Buttery, 71, of Midland, a retired teacher for the
    Midland Independent School District, died Sunday, May 27, 2001, at a
                              local hospital.
                                      
   Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Resthaven Cemetery
      with the Rev. Bob Porterfield officiating. Arrangements by Ellis
                               Funeral Home.
                                      
     She was born in Mead, Okla., and moved to Midland in 1953. She was
                                  Baptist.
                                      
                 SURVIVOR: Nephew, Mark Buttery of Midland.
                                      
                             Maurine Tumlinson
                                      
     GRANBURY Maurine Tumlinson, 72, of Cresson, a retired nurses aide,
                died Friday, May 25, 2001, at her residence.
                                      
   Services were at 3 p.m. Monday at Holly Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum
   Chapel with Dr. Paul Miller and Tom Starnes officiating. Burial was at
      Holly Hills Memorial Park. Arrangements by Martins Funeral Home.
                                      
    She was born in Odessa and was a resident of Cresson since 1973. She
                                was Baptist.
                                      
   SURVIVORS: Husband, Monroe Tumlinson of Cresson; son, Edward Tumlinson
    of Granbury; daughter, Bertha Meador of San Angelo; sister, Madeline
      Glascock of Odessa; brother, Leman Douthit of Odessa; and seven
                               grandchildren.
                                      
                                Elmer Riley
                                      
     BOOKER Elmer K. Riley, 82, of Booker died Sunday, May 27, 2001, at
                  Twin Oaks Manor Nursing Home in Booker.
                                      
               Services are pending with McNett Funeral Home.
