Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. He was born in Carbon and moved to Odessa in 1942. He was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Sons, Ray Courtney of Ruidoso, N.M., and Gale Courtney of Andrews; stepson, Steve Hildebrand of Odessa; brother, Warren Courtney of Alvin; and eight grandchildren. Manuel Nanez FORT STOCKTON Manuel Gomez Nanez, 79, of Fort Stockton, a laborer, died Friday, June 1, 2001, at Pecos County Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Christ with Ministro Josue Villa officiating. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home. He was born in Ojinaga, Mexico. He was Christian. She was born in Ozona and moved to Odessa in 1954. She was Methodist. SURVIVORS: Daughters, Anne Capron of Salt Flat and Joan Wilson of Sunland, Calif.; brother, P.C.
