Cecil Fisher Jr. ODESSA - Cecil Paul Fisher Jr., 56, of Odessa, an oilfield pipeline construction worker, died Monday, Sept. 3, 2001, at Medical Center Hospital. Drena McLaughlin TERLINGUA - Drena Jo McLaughlin, 43, of Terlingua, a medical biller, died Friday, Aug. 31, 2001, at her residence. Memorial services will be at a later date.
