ODESSA - Jeremy F. Conant, 23, of Odessa, assistant manager at Papa John's Pizza, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2001, in Odessa.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clark Racca and Kyle Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
He was born in Odessa.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Malory Conant and Serenity Conant, both of Odessa; father, Greg Conant of Odessa; mother, Leslie Lambert of Odessa; brother, Raul Lambert of Odessa; and sister, Melissa Lambert of Odessa.

Margarita Dutchover
FORT DAVIS - Margarita Dutchover, 90, of Alpine, a homemaker, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2001, at a local nursing home.
Mass was celebrated at 4 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Mike Alcuino officiating. Burial was at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Geeslin Funeral Home.
She was born in Brogado.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Lee Roy Dutchover Sr. of Alpine and Samuel Dutchover Jr. of Fort Davis; daughter, Elisa Navarrete of Greenwood; and brother, Manuel "Nito" Martinez of Fort Davis.

Jack Gwatney
ODESSA - Jack Gwatney, 75, of Odessa, a retired employee of the civil service, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2001, at Medical Center Hospital.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Ernest Easley officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Conway, Ark., and moved to Odessa in 1976. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Sue Gwatney of Odessa; daughters, Gayla Lindsey, Susan Theaux and Lynn Werner, all of Odessa; son, Greg Gwatney of Jacksonville, Ark.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Jose Prado Sr.
MIDLAND - Jose S. Prado Sr., 78, of Midland, a retired employee of Drilco Industrial, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2001, in Midland.
Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. Ray Wilhelm officiating. Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.
He was born in Austin. He was an Army veteran. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Joe Prado Jr., Fred Prado, Robert Prado and John Prado, all of Midland, and Daniel Prado of Sweetwater; daughters, Nellie Villafranco, Lydia Thomson and Sylvia Bill, all of Midland, and Philis Esquivel of Denver City; 36 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Jose Razo
FORT DAVIS - Jose Nunez Razo, 63, of Premont, a self-employed carpenter, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2001, at a nursing home in Premont.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Rick Ruiz officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Geeslin Funeral Home.
He was born in Fort Davis. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Ida Martinez of Marfa, Rita Sanchez of Plano and Ina Jo Razo of Los Alamos, N.M.; sister, Sarah Saldana of Keene; brothers, Johnny Razo and Manuel Razo, both of Marfa, Chuck Razo of Keene and Mike Razo of Arlington; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Jose Rubio Jr.
MIDLAND - Jose Sabino Rubio Jr., 27, of Midland, an employee of the YMCA in Midland, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2001, at Memorial Hospital and Medical Center in Midland.
Services will be at noon Thursday at Primera Iglesia Bautista with the Revs. Ernesto Gil and Sam Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements by Reyes-Garcia Funeral Home.
He was born in Midland. He was Baptist.
