Shelby Brumelle VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Shelby Lee Brumelle, 62, of Vancouver, British Columbia, a professor at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2001, in Vancouver. Jackson Cohea ALPINE - Jackson B. Cohea, 75, of Alpine, a retired supervisor for PPG Industries, died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2001, at an Abilene hospital.
