She was born in Tahlequah, Okla., and was a longtime resident of San Angelo. SURVIVORS: Son, Jamie Eubanks of San Angelo; two granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren. Rubio, 73, of Pecos County, a retired rig operator, died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2001, in Fort Stockton. Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. today at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. David Herrera officiating. Burial will be at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home. He was born in Presidio and was a resident of Pecos County since 1988.
