She was born in Big Sandy and moved to Andrews in 1960. She was a member of the Nazarene church. E.C. Carter CENTRALIA - E.C. Carter, 77, of Irvingon, Ill., a business owner, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2001, at St. Mary's Hospital in Centralia. Services were at 5 p.m. Sunday at Irvin Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Swisher Cemetery in Lake Dallas. Arrangements by Irvin Funeral Home. He was born in Oklahoma. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was Baptist.
