Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Gilbert Rodriguez officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel. Vie Fomby HAMLIN - Vie Mae Bailey Fomby, 76, of Hamlin, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2001, at a local nursing home. Frankie Hall ODESSA - Frankie Faye "Suzie" Hall, 65, of Odessa, a hairdresser, died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2001, at her residence.
