Services will be at 3 p.m. today at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Don Wilson officiating. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Little, Okla., with the Rev. Mike Dershem officiating. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home. She was born in Duncan, Okla., and moved to Andrews in 1966 from Chanute, Kan. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. SURVIVORS: Husband, Roy J. Banks of Andrews; son, Roger S. Banks of San Angelo; and a grandson. Fannie Earl SEMINOLE - Fannie V. Earl, 93, of Seminole, a homemaker, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2001, at Memorial Healthcare Center in Seminole. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. She was born in Sevierville, Tenn., and moved to Seminole in 1940 from Fox, Okla. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
