Carl Dillard GORDONSVILLE, Tenn. - Carl C. Dillard, 79, of Covington, Tenn., a retired employee of Blakely Construction Co. in Odessa, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2001, in Covington. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Bass Funeral Home Chapel with Jeffrey Nason officiating. Burial will be at Brush Creek Cemetery. Arrangements by Bass Funeral Home. He was born in Chessnut Mound, Tenn., and had been a resident of Odessa. He was Baptist.
