Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Belmont Baptist Church with the Rev. Kerry Peacock officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Bell County, Ky., and moved to Odessa in 1951. He was Baptist.
