Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Laugo officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. He was born in Marfa. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was Catholic. SURVIVORS: Wife, Carmen Conners of Odessa; son, Steven Ray Conners; brothers, John C. Conners and Lawrence Patrick Conners, both of Marfa, and Edward F. Conners and James F. Conners, both of El Paso; and sisters, Francis Garcia of Marfa and Dorothy Isabel Conners of Odessa. Josefa Equinones DALLAS - Josefa "Josephine" Equinones, 88, of Dallas died Friday, Nov. 30, 2001, in Dallas. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today at Restland Memorial Park. Arrangements by Restland Funeral Home. She was born in Candelaria. SURVIVORS: Daughters, Crus Jaeckle, and Eloisa Rosales; sons, Joe Equinones and Joel Equinones; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. James Meador ODESSA - James H. "Jimmy" Meador, 63, of Odessa, a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and local businessman, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2001, at his residence. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Bridges officiating. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. He was born in Mineral Wells and was a longtime resident of Odessa.
