She was born in Portales, N.M., and was a resident of Monahans since 1939. She was Baptist. Ethel Howell MIDLAND - Ethel Mae Howell, 90, of Midland, retired owner and operator of the Decorating Center in Midland, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001, in Breckenridge. She was born in Waco and moved to Midland in 1940. She was Baptist.
