Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clark Ford officiating. Burial will be at Mount Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home. She was born in Graham. She was Baptist. Hubert Hillin PRESIDIO - Hubert Wayne Hillin, 72, of Garland, a retired compliance officer for the U.S. Department of Agriculture at the Presidio bridge, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2001, at his residence.
