MIDLAND - Ada Mildred Adamson, 102, of Midland, died Friday, January 11, 2002, in Midland.
Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, 2002, in St. Paul's United Methodist Church with Rev. Robert Kirk officiating. Burial will follow in Toronto, Kansas, Wednesday, at 2 p.m. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.
She was born in Missouri. 
SURVIVORS: Son, Emmet Adamson of Midland; brother, Warren Allison of Yates Center, Kan.; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two great-great- grandchildren.

Lawrence Duckworth
HOBBS - Lawrence C. "Duck" Duckworth, 82, of Hobbs, N.M., died Jan. 9, 2002, at Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury.
Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday in Chapel of Hope Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Shawn Drake officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. Arrangements by Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.
He was born in Union Town, Ky.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Billy Duckworth and Larry Duckworth, both of Granbury, Dennis Duckworth of Lubbock, and Ricky Duckworth of Odessa; daughters, Norma Barnes of Marble Falls and Beverly Allbright of Odessa; stepson, Art Fulkerson of Hobbs, N.M.; and sister Norma Jean Starling of Evansville, Ind.

Narciso Granado
MARATHON - Narciso Granado, 88, of Marathon, a ranch hand, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2002, at Pecos County Hospital.
Graveside services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Marathon Cemetery. Arrangements by Geeslin Funeral Home.
He was born in Terlingua. 
SURVIVORS: Sons, Jose (Pepe) Granado of Big Spring, Harvey Granado of Dallas, Humberto Granado of Monahans, and Joe Granado of Midland; daughters, Ida Granado and Maria Granado, both of Omaha, Neb.; brother, Arturo Granado of Midland; sisters, Maria Jesus Varela of Nogales Sonora, Mexico, Teodora Garcia of Marathon, Maria Sotelo of Abilene, Francis Sotelo of Bakersfield, Calif., Ramona Ortiz of Midland and Luz Sanchez of Midland.

ANDREWS - Dona "Billie" Greer, 88, of Andrews died Friday, Jan. 11, 2002, in Permian General Hospital at Andrews.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday in the McNett Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Ted Short and Glenn Hammack officiating. Burial will follow at Andrews Old Cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
She was born in Eastland. She was Baptist. 
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Doris Lacasse and Ilene Hogeland of Andrews; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Maria Robles
ODESSA - Maria Robles, 72, of Odessa, a retired seamstress, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital. 
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Gilbert Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow in the Ector County Cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
She was born in Manati, Puerto Rico.
SURVIVORS: Son, Ramon Luis Robles of Oakland, Calif.; daughter, Sandra Lambert of Odessa; and sister, Delores Pellicier De Velez of Manati, Puerto Rico.

ODESSA-Armando Madero, 48, of Odessa, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002 at his residence.
