Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home. She was born in Pauls Valley, Okla., and was a resident of Andrews for 54 years. SURVIVORS: Daughters, Kay Smith and Cathy Peterson, both of Andrews, and Jeanie Townsend of Sweetwater; sisters, Naomi Brown of Hobbs, N.M., and Valda Woods of Midland; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Himmatlal Dalia ANDREWS - Himmatlal Somabhai Dalia, 57, of Andrews, owner and operator of Hillcrest Motel in Andrews, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2002, at his residence.
