Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary Fine officiating. Burial will be at the Monahans Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home. He was born in Seminole, Okla., and was a resident of Del Rio since 1948. He was Baptist.
