William Johnson OKOLONA, Ark. - William C. "Dick" Johnson, 74, of Okolona, Ark., retired chief operator for American Oil Co. in El Dorado, Ark., and Kansas City, Mo., died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2002, at his residence. Lois Moran ODESSA - Lois B. Moran, 76, of Abilene, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2002, at a local hospital. She was born in Jellico, Ky., and moved to Abilene three years ago from Odessa.
