Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in South Bend, Ind. He was a Marines veteran of World War II. Thomas Butler MIDLAND - Thomas Edward Butler, 60, of Midland died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2002, at a local hospital. He was born in Cumberland, Md., and was a resident of Midland for 10 years. He was an Army veteran. J.O. Jackson Jr. SEMINOLE - J.O. Jackson Jr., 71, of Seminole, a retired farmer, died Monday, Feb. 25, 2002, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock. He was born in Bakersfield, Calif., and moved to Seminole in 1978 from Eastland County. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was Baptist.
