She was born in Caddo, Okla., and moved to Odessa in 1946. SURVIVORS: Husband, Scott Harris of Odessa; son, Jerry Scott Harris of Conroe; daughter, Priscilla M. Kemp of Odessa; two brothers; sisters, Roberta A. Burley of Sherman and LaDonna J. Hayes of Rogers, Ark.; and five grandchildren. Esther Hill PLAINVIEW - Esther Hill, 82, of Odessa, a retired department store clerk, died Thursday, March 14, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Lemons Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Plainview Memorial Park. Arrangements by Lemons Funeral Home. She was born in Lockney and moved to Odessa in 1996 from Plainview. Thelma Neeley PECOS - Thelma Neeley, 86, of Carlsbad, N.M., a homemaker, died Wednesday, March 13, 2002, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock. Ruben Villanueva PECOS - Ruben Villanueva, 50, of Pecos, an auto mechanic, died Thursday, March 14, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. today at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with the Rev. Ben Flores officiating. Burial will be at Santa Rosa Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.
