Iwana Gilson
CRANE - Iwana Gilson, 80, of Albuquerque, N.M., a homemaker, died Friday, April 
19, 2002 in Albuquerque.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at the Crane County Cemetery in 
Crane. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
She was born in May.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Rex Mitchell of San Angelo, Randy Mitchell of Albuquerque, 
Danny Mitchell of Golthwaite and Lyn Mitchell of Odessa; sisters; Jo Henderson 
of San Angelo and Judy Ritter of New Braunfels; brother, Ray Holland of Odessa; 
13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Clara Hill
WHITNEY - Clara Dudley Hill, 100, of Whitney, a retired tailor, died Monday, 
April 22, 2002, at Town Hall Estates in Whitney.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Marshall & Marshall Chapel with the 
Rev. Paul Proctor officiating. Burial will be at Bethlehem Cemetery. 
Arrangements by Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Whitney.
She was born in Anson and moved to Whitney in 1969 from Odessa. She was Seventh 
Day Adventist.
SURVIVORS: Sister, Marty Nobles of Reno, Nev.; numerous nieces, nephews; 
numerous great-nieces and nephews; and numerous great-great nieces and nephews.

Francisca Madrid
FORT STOCKTON - Francisca Lujan Madrid, 95, of Fort Stockton, died Monday, April 
22, 2002, at her residence.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church 
with the Rev. David Herrera officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at 
St. Joseph's Catholic Church. 
Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home of Fort Stockton.
She was born in El Mulato, Mexico.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Abelardo Madrid of Midland, Alberto Madrid of Barstow, Oscar 
Madrid of Big Spring, Eugenio Madrid of Arlington and Alfonso Madrid of Kermit; 
daughter, Armida Madrid Montoya of Fort Stockton; 28 grandchildren; and 27 
great-grandchildren.

Pablo Alvarado
ODESSA - Pablo Marquez Alvarado, 72, of Odessa died Monday, April 22, 2002, at 
Medical Center Hospital.
Services are pending with Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel.
