Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bruce Abbott officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Memorial Park in Big Spring. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home. He was born in Bell County and was a resident of Big Spring since 1949. He was Methodist. SURVIVORS: Son, Mitchell M. Hoover of Saginaw; stepdaughter, Peggy Drake of Hobbs, N.M.; stepson, Jimmy Drake of Arlington; sister, Dorothy Tatum of Abilene; five grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild. Donna Maddux WINK - Donna Preston Maddux, 49, of Wink, an employee of the city of Wink, died Wednesday, April 24, 2002, at her residence. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Wink School Auditorium with Don Long and Gary Redwine officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. Friday at Hillside Memorial Gardens in Snyder.
