Carson Hill
ODESSA - Carson Beatrice Hill, 82, of Odessa, died Thursday, May 9, 2002, at her 
residence.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy 
Braswell officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by 
Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in Centerville, Tenn. She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Husband, William D. Hill of Odessa; son, Dennis Hill of Corpus 
Christi; daughters, Cynthia Hughes of Las Cruces, N.M., Juanita Hill and Sally 
Rowell, both of Odessa; brothers, Dr. James Blackwell of Centerville, Tenn. and 
Carleton Blackwell of Waco; sister, Lula Mae Prince of Centerville; five 
grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Mary Dixon
ODESSA - Mary Dixon, 101, of Odessa, retired employee of Amarada Petroleum, died 
Saturday, May 11, 2002, in Midland.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial Gardens. 
Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Abilene. She was a member of the Universalist Church.
SURVIVORS: None listed.

Edward Hale
ODESSA - Edward Hale, 69, of Odessa died Friday, May 10, 2002, at Seabury 
Nursing Center.
Services are pending with Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

John Booty
ODESSA - John B. Booty, 76, of Odessa died Friday, May 10, 2002, in Odessa.
Services are pending with Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
