He was born in Monahans and later moved to Lubbock. SURVIVORS: Son, Ronald R. Hawkins Jr. of Granbury; daughter, Melanie Hawkins of Odessa; brother, Howard Hawkins of Monahans; sister, Doris Grisanti of Buffalo, N.Y.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. James Nials ANDREWS - James Oliver "Jim" Nials, 76, of Andrews died Friday, May 17, 2002, at Permian General Hospital in Andrews.
