Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Grace Temple Baptist Church with Gordon Oglesby officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. today at the Andrews Old Cemetery in Andrews. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel. She was born in Tula, Miss., and had been a resident of Gardendale. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Husband, Fred Bland of Kermit; son, Ray Bland of Crane; daughter, Betty Mann of Kermit; sister, Thelma Montgomery of Oxford, Miss.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Clyde Elliott FORT STOCKTON - Clyde Cecil Elliott, 86, of Wickett, a retired contract welder, died Saturday, May 18, 2002, at Fort Stockton Nursing Center in Fort Stockton.
