MARFA - Faustina O. Cortez, 76, of Marfa, a homemaker, died Wednesday, May 29, 2002, at a San Angelo nursing center.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. John Lucido officiating. Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Merced Cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in Fort Stockton. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Ismael L. Cortez of Marfa; daughters, Marta C. Mendoza of Marfa, Leticia C. Hartnett of Fort Davis and Maria Estella C. Tounget of San Angelo; son, Mario Cortez of Austin; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Juanita Gutierrez
PECOS - Juanita Gutierrez, 90, of Pecos, a homemaker, died Wednesday, May 29, 2002, at Reeves County Hospital in Pecos.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with the Rev. Ben Flores officiating. Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.
She was born in Pecos and was a lifelong resident. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Orlando Gutierrez of El Paso and Ruben Gutierrez of Fountain Valley, Calif.; daughter, Dora Rodriguez of Fountain Valley; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Margarito Pina
FORT STOCKTON - Margarito Pina, 53, of Fort Stockton, an oilfield roughneck, died Tuesday, May 28, 2002, at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.
Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. today at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. David Herrera officiating. Burial will be at the Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home.
He was born in Fort Stockton.
SURVIVORS: Son, Margarito Pina Jr. of Conway, Ark.; daughter, Victoria Pina of Conway; mother, Librada S. Pina of Fort Stockton; and sisters, Olga P. Terrazas of Midland, Elizabeth P. Martinez, Betty P. Baeza and Mary P. Garza, all of Fort Stockton.

Flora Reed
MEMPHIS - Flora Lee Reed, 93, of Memphis, a retired bookkeeper for the Memphis Compress, died Thursday, May 30, 2002, in Hereford.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Hughs Memorial Chapel with Dickie Haney officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements by Hughs Funeral Home.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Betty Bob Monzingo of Odessa and Donna Lee Cooper of Borger; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Della McClendon
ODESSA - Della Louise McClendon, 68, of Odessa died Thursday, May 30, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services are pending with Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

Daisy Schenkel
