Oran Logan
MIDLAND - Oran Logan, 84, of Midland, a retired truck driver for Britt Trucking 
Co., died Thursday, June 20, 2002, at his residence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Pipkin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. 
Bob Porterfield officiating. Burial will follow at Lamesa Memorial Park in 
Lamesa. Arrangements by Pipkin Funeral Home and Chapel.
He was born in Finis.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Teresa Ramos and Virginia "Jenni" Walls, both of Midland; 
brother, Johnny Logan of Graham; sister, Venita Bell Manley of Fort Worth; six 
grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Emeterio Rico
MIDLAND - Emeterio "Elmer" Rico, 36, of Odessa, a cook, died Tuesday, June 18, 
2002, in Odessa.
Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic 
Church. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Thomas Funeral Home Chapel. 
Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements by Thomas Funeral Home.
He was born in Midland.
SURVIVORS: Mother, Elena Castellon Rico of Odessa; father, Narciso Sanchez Rico 
Sr. of Amarillo; sisters, Gloria "Maria" Nunez of Odessa and Cynthia Rico of 
Midland; brothers, Jesse Castellon, Ricardo Castillo Jr., Narciso Castellon Rico 
Jr. and Martin Castellon Rico, all of Odessa, Jose Castillo of Roswell, N.M., 
Romulo Castellon of Farmington, N.M., and Antonio Castellon Rico of Kettering, 
Ohio; and grandmother, Manuela Sanchez of Amarillo.
