ANDREWS - Refugia "Cuca" Franco, 82, of Andrews, a homemaker, died Thursday, 
July 4, 
2002, at Permian General Hospital.
A Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at the McNett Funeral Home Chapel. 
Services 
will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with the Rev. 
Bernard Gully officiating. Burial will follow in the Andrews North Cemetery. 
Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
She was born in Presidio County. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Serapio Franco of Andrews; sons, Paul Franco of Odessa and 
Silvino Franco of Midland; daughter, Delma Gonzales of Andrews; sister, Manuela 
Urias of Odessa; brother, Simon Carrasco of Pecos; five grandchildren; and two 
great-grandchildren.

Ervin Lieb
ODESSA - Ervin Paul Lieb, 101, of San Antonio, a retired real estate broker, 
died 
Thursday, July 4, 2002, in San Antonio.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Bob 
Bratcher officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. 
Arrangements by 
Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
He was born in Lueders.
SURVIVORS: Son, Dwight Lieb of San Antonio; sister, Olga Taylor of Fort Worth; 
four 
grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Harry Palmer
ODESSA - Harry Allan Palmer, 72, of Odessa, died Thursday, July 4, 2002, at 
Baylor 
All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Asbury Methodist Church. Burial will 
follow 
in the Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery in Goldthwaite. Arrangements by Hubbard-
Kelly 
Funeral Home.
He was born in Goldthwaite. He was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Trula Palmer of Odessa; sons, Harry Palmer of Houston, David 
Palmer 
of Odessa and Morris Palmer of Orlando, Fla.; daughter, Laura Anders of 
Childress; 
sister, Mary Conn of Fort Worth; and six grandchildren.

Anastacio Zuniga
McCAMEY - Anastacio U. Zuniga, 74, of McCamey, a retired maintenance technician, 
died Tuesday, July 2, 2002, at his home.
Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart with the Rev. Barry 
McClean officiating. A Rosary will be said at 5 p.m. today at Sacred Heart 
Catholic 
Church. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery. Arrangements by Shaffer-
Nichols 
Funeral Home.
He was born in Mexico. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Anastacio Zuniga Jr. and Ramon Zuniga, both of McCamey; 
daughters, 
Rosario Carrasco, Grace Zuniga and Lupe Martinez, all of McCamey and Dora 
Pelkman of 
Bulverde; brothers, Pascual Zuniga and Ricardo Zuniga, both of McCamey; sisters, 
Andrea Valenzuela of Ojinga, Mexico, Manuela Galindo of Odessa and Maria Baiza 
of 
Midland; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
