Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Mount Washington Cemetery. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She was born in Nowata, Okla. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Husband, Vernon Cooper of Odessa; daughters, Sherry Rose of Navasota, Jan Reynolds of Odessa and Vicki Stewart of Georgetown; numerous grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Bob Radabaugh ODESSA - Bob L. Radabaugh, 74, of Odessa, former owner of Rebbco Chemicals, died Sunday, July 7, 2002, at his residence. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Craig Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors. He was born in Oklahoma City and moved to Odessa in 1963. SURVIVORS: Wife, Rose Radabaugh of Odessa; daughter, Leigh Ann Radabaugh-Conley of Odessa; son, Dustin Radabaugh of Hobbs, N.M.; brother, Vernon "Vic" Radabaugh of Conroe; and three grandchildren.
