He was born in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, and was a longtime resident of Midland. Antonio Rayos PECOS - Antonio "Tony" Subia Rayos, 80, of Pecos, a retired employee of J.C. Penney Department Store, died Sunday, July 21, 2002, at Reeves County Hospital in Pecos.
