Hazel Abbott
MARFA - Hazel Mae Abbott, 83, of Houston, a homemaker, died Sunday, Aug. 25, 
2002, at a Houston area hospital.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at the Marfa Cemetery with the Rev. 
John Carnagey officiating. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in Millington, Tenn. She was Christian.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Carroll Starkley Abbott of Houston; daughter, Dorothy 
DeVolin of Houston; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Brandi Reece
WARREN, Ind. - Brandi Lynn Reece, 8, of Warren, Ind., and formerly of Andrews 
died Saturday, Aug. 24, 2002, near Warren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hillcrest Church of the Nazarerne in 
Warren with the Rev. Bill Keen officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
She was born in Andrews.
SURVIVORS: Parents, Bruce Lynn and Lesa Lucille Reece of Warren; brothers, Bruce 
Reece II and Brandon Reece, both of Warren; and grandparents, James and Ann 
Hornbuckle of Odessa, Ethel Miller of DeKalb; Claude and Mary Williamson and 
Melinda Reece, all of Warren, and Earl and Lee Reece of Clyde, N.C.

L.T. Sawyer
BIG SPRING - L.T. "Buzz" Sawyer, 84, of Big Spring, a former Gulf Oil employee, 
died Saturday, Aug. 24, 2002, at his residence.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today at Trinity Memorial Park with the 
Revs. Randy Cotton and Mickey Loftis officiating. Arrangements by Myers and 
Smith Funeral Home.
He was born in Corsicana. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was 
Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Sheryl Tarleton of Gail; son, Steve Sawyer of Coppell; 
eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Frankie Dennison
ODESSA - Frankie Dennison, 89, of Odessa died Monday, Aug. 26, 2002, at Medical 
Center Hospital.
Services are pending with Frank W. Wilson Funeral Home Directors.
