Ramon Rodriguez Sr.
MIDLAND - Ramon Rodriguez Sr., 69, of Midland, a plumber, died Thursday, Aug. 
29, 2002, at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Emmanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. 
Martin Ortega officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements 
by Reyes-Garcia Funeral Home.
He was born in Terlingua and moved to Midland in 1950. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Maria Rodriguez of Midland; daughters, Alma Jimenez of Midland, 
Gracie Jasso of Odessa and Priscilla Abalos of Hereford; sons, Ramon Rodriguez 
Jr., Ricky Rodriguez and Roland Rodriguez, all of Midland; brothers, Feliz 
Rodriguez of Sonora, Hilario Feliz Rodriguez of Midland and Manuel Rodriguez of 
California; sister, Fransica Sanchez of Fort Stockton; 12 grandchildren; and 
three great-grandchildren.

Seferino Salmon
FORT STOCKTON - Seferino Cerezeres Salmon, 93, of Fort Stockton, a retired 
farmer, died Friday Aug. 30, 2002, in Fort Stockton
A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Fort 
Stockton. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at the church with the Rev. 
David Herrera officiating. Burial will be in the Fort Stockton Catholic 
Cemetery.
He was born in Terlingua. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Irene Cano Salmon of Fort Stockton; sons, Roy Castelo of El 
Paso and Manuel Salmon of Fort Stockton; daughters, Eustolia Holguin of Lubbock, 
Oralia (Laya) Dominguez and Aurora Duran and Elfida (Firo) Franco, all of Fort 
Stockton; stepdaughters, Baudelia Sanchez of Odessa and Patricia Urias of Fort 
Stockton; 41 grandchildren; 80 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-
grandchildren. 


Vina Bledsoe
ODESSA - Vina Jean Bledsoe, 68, of Odessa, died Saturday, Aug. 31, 2002, at 
Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
Services are pending with Martinez Funeral Home.
