Hal Pratt PECOS - Hal Pratt, 61, of Pecos, a laborer, died Sunday, Sept. 1, 2002, in Pecos. Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with the Rev. Miguel Angel Sanchez officiating. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home. He was born in Stillwater, Okla. He was Catholic. Reba Teague ODESSA - Reba Lorene Teague, 82, of Odessa, a bookkeeper for Bearing Supply Co., died Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002 at Hospice House.
