Gerald Bucy
MONAHANS - Gerald Curtis Bucy, 66, of Odessa, a landscaper, died Tuesday, Sept. 
3, 2002, at Midland Memorial Hospital. 
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at Monahans Memorial Cemetery with 
the Rev. Van Dickson officiating. Arrangements by Family Funeral Services.
He was born in McPherson, Kan.
SURVIVORS: Brothers, Jim Bucy of Monahans and Robert Bucy of Odessa; and sister, 
Patsy Dawson of Fort Worth.

Domingo Flores
FORT STOCKTON - Domingo S. Flores, 89, of Fort Stockton, a gas plant maintenance 
worker, died Monday, Sept. 2, 2002, in Fort Stockton.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Church with the Rev. 
David Herrera officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Funeral Home 
Chapel. Burial will be at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Fort 
Stockton Funeral Home.
He was a lifelong resident of Fort Stockton. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Sister, Nicolasa Flores of Fort Stockton; brother, Ramon Flores of 
Fort Stockton; and grandson, Thomas Flores of Euless.

Octaviano Towns
KERMIT - Octaviano F. Towns, 96, of Odessa, a retired carpenter, died Tuesday, 
Sept. 3, 2002, at Winkler County Memorial Hospital.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial 
will be at Kermit Cemetery. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at the church.
He was born in Eagle Pass.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Gilbert Towns, Oscar Towns and Homer Towns, all of Kermit; 
daughter, Belin Towns of Kermit; 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 
eight great-great-grandchildren.

Theodore Zolyn
ODESSA - Theodore Walter Zolyn, 75, of Odessa, an electronics technician and a 
television repair shop owner, died Sunday, Sept. 1, 2002, at his residence.
Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
He was born in New Britain, Conn. He served in the U.S. Military for four years 
beginning in 1949.
SURVIVOR: Sister, Alberta Gutowski of Westfield, Mass.

Sally Rizo
ODESSA - Sally Sophia Rizo, 85, of Odessa died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2002, in 
Odessa.
Services are pending with Odessa Funeral Home.
