Howard Crimm

ODESSA - Howard Lamar Crimm, 61, of Odessa, a retired oilfield worker, died 
Monday, Sept. 16, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by 
Memorial Services Chapa Funeral Home.
He was born in Forest, Miss. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Thelma Crimm of Odessa; sons, William E. Crimm of Ruckerville, 
Va., Terry Wayne Crimm of Forest, Miss., David Lee Crimm of Alabama and Ray 
Phillips of Oklahoma; daughters, Teresa Crimm and Stacy Renee, both of Alabama, 
and Donna Kay of Fort Worth; father, Howard Lester Crimm of Forest, Miss.; 
brother, J.R. Crimm of Forest, Miss.; and sisters, Martha Ann Hamilton and Wanda 
Lyn, both of Texas.

Edith Maikranz
OWENSVILLE, Ind. - Edith Helen Maikranz, 89, of Owensville, Ind., died Sunday, 
Sept. 15, 2002, at the Owensville Convalescent Center.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Holder Funeral Home Chapel in 
Owensville. Burial will be at the Owensville Cemetery. Arrangements by Holder 
Funeral Home.
She was born in Owensville.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Nancy Rose of Owensville; sons, James of Odessa, Donald of 
Owensville, Kenneth of Princeton, Ind., and Roger of Sarasota, Fla.; five 
grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Carl McDearmon Sr.
ANDREWS - Carl Floyd McDearmon Sr., 84, of Andrews, an oilfield driller, died 
Sunday, Sept. 15, 2002, at Desert Springs Hospital in Las Vegas, Nev.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Andrews West Cemetery with the 
Rev. Ted Short officiating. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
He was born in Vernon. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Son, Carl Floyd McDearmon Jr. of Omak, Wash.; daughter, Sue Ann 
McDearmon-Smith of Henderson, Nev.; stepdaughters, Wynona Jones of Trona, 
Calif., and Betty Carlene of Amarillo; brother, Raymond McDearmon of Borger; 
sister, Tenner McDearmon of Plano; three grandchildren; seven stepgrandchildren; 
and three great-grandchildren.

Voyd Seale
ANDREWS - Voyd Arbrey "Buddy" Seale, 66, of Andrews, a retired Andrews Sheriff's 
Department officer, died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2002, at Odessa Regional Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in 
Andrews with the Rev. Bernard Gully officiating. Burial will be at Andrews North 
Cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
He was born in Honey Grove. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Carol Seale of Andrews; daughters, Carla Gentry of Midland and 
Terry Seale of Big Spring; brother, H.D. Seale of Vernon; sisters, Shirley 
Alberry, Joyce Jones and Brenda Gibson, all of Vernon; and five grandchildren.

Ellon Keele
MIDLAND - Ellon Keele, of Odessa, died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2002, in Odessa.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. 
Graveside services will be held at a later date in Menard. Arrangements by Ellis 
Funeral Home of Midland and Sunset Memorial Funeral Home of Odessa.
SURVIVORS: None listed.

Jesus Venegas
ODESSA - Jesus D. Venegas, 82, of Odessa died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2002, at 
Medical Center Hospital.
Services are pending with Martinez Funeral Home.
