"Buddy" Belt, 90, of Odessa, a building contractor, died Thursday, Nov. 21, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Don Palmer officiating. Burial will follow at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Olustee, Okla., and moved to Odessa in 1987 from El Paso.
