Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Agnes Catholic Church with the Rev. David Herrera officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Monday at the church. Burial will be at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home. He was a 63-year resident of Fort Stockton. SURVIVORS: Wife, Joaquina Urias of Fort Stockton; son, David Carrasco of Fort Stockton; daughters, Emilia Galindo of Fort Stockton and Herlinda Bafidis of Pecos; sisters, Vickie Fuentez, Belen Molina and Josefa Venegas, all of Van Horn; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Velma Norris ODESSA - Velma Norris, 88, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Dec. 13, 2002. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with S.C. Myers officiating.
