Wilbur Charles ‘Abe’ Collins
MONAHANS - Wilbur Charles ‘Abe’ Collins, 73, of Monahans, a retired district superintendent for Bass Enterprise, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2002, in Monahans.
Funeral Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Third and Dwight Chuch of Christ in Monahans with the Rev. Greg Holly officiating. Burial will follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements by Heritage Funeral Home.
He was born in Wichita Falls. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Charles Collins, Dennis Collins and Frank Collins, all of Monahans, Eddie Collins of Jal, N.M. and Michael Collins of Athens; daughter, Teresa Perry of Monahans; brother, Dennis Collins of Kermit; sisters, Grace Greenwood of Monahans, Frances Mincey of Brownfield and Josephine Reynolds of Gilmer; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

STANTON – Mary Jo Ates, of Stanton, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2002 at Stanton Care Center.
