Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Stanton Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Kelly Inman officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Cemetery in Malden, Mo. Arrangements by Stanton Memorial Funeral Home and Chapel. She was born in Malden, Mo. and moved to Stanton in December 1981. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Daughters, Donna Clark and Linda Mendez, both of Stanton, Linda Jones of Missouri and Joyce Turner of Joplin, Mo.; sons, Roger Ford of Florida, John Clark of Midland and Charles Clark of Austin; brothers, Bill Burke of Chicago, Jim Burke of Haiti, Mo., Bob Burke of Malden, Charlie Burke of Missouri and Donald Burke of Florida; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Sam Ballew Sam Ballew, 72, of Odessa, a 50-year employee of Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., died Monday, Dec. 30, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Crescent Park Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny Dickerson officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Moore Cemetery in Arlington. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Fort Worth and was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Crescent Park Baptist Church.
