Edwards, 57, of Odessa passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2002, at his residence. He was born May 9, 1944, in Frederick, Okla. He moved to Odessa in 1964 from Artesia, N.M. He married Eugenia Lines on April 19, 1996, in Las Vegas, Nev. Larry was a 1962 graduate of Artesia High School. He was an avid bowler and golfer. He was a member of the Ector County deputy sheriff's reserves and beloved "CowPa" to all the grandchildren. He was a Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Eugenia Edwards of Odessa; son, Larry D. Edwards of Odessa; daughter, Lonna S. Edwards Poole and husband Johnny of Monahans; parents, Lonnie and Bessie Edwards of Cushing, Okla.; brothers, Glenn D. Edwards of El Paso, Jerry Edwards of Tulsa, Okla., and Randy Edwards of Cushing, Okla.; sister, Sandra Johnson of Weatherford, Okla.; and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 11, 2002, at Hubbard- Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Carl Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Services entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Rosetta Robin ODESSA - Rosetta Robin, 78, of Odessa passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2002, at her residence. She was born Oct. 12, 1923, in Kim, Colo. She grew up in Arp where she met and married Sidney J. Robin Jr. on Oct. 22, 1941. She moved to Odessa in 1954 from Snyder. Rosetta was a member of Eisenhower Church of Christ for 47 years, where she taught the third-grade Bible class for many years. She was honored as outstanding teacher of the year at American Commercial College where she taught for 28 years. She was preceded in death by brother, Wayne Reed, and sister, Yvonna. She is survived by husband, Sidney J. Robin Jr. of Odessa; son, Sid Robin, M.D., and wife Susan of Austin; daughters, Judy Green and husband Ron of Bryan, Jeanne Grabowski and husband John of Tulsa, Okla.; brother, Charles Reed of Port Arthur; sisters, Syble Massey of Kerrville and Betty Dillard of Orange; and six grandchildren, Brett and Berkeley Robin, Ryan and Nicole Green and Lindsey and Eric Grabowski. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, May 10, 2002, at Eisenhower Church of Christ with Burt Groves officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Services entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Harry E. Wood ODESSA - Harry E. Wood, 74, of Odessa passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital. He was born April 11, 1928, in Post. He married Anita Bennett Coleman on Nov. 22, 1967, in Big Spring. He worked for Union Wire Rope, a division of Armco Steel, for 21 years. He served in the U.S. Navy from Jan. 19, 1946, to Nov. 23, 1947. He was a member of the American Legion and a lifetime member of the VFW. He is survived by his wife, Anita Wood of Odessa; daughters, Kathy Coleman of The Colony and Nancy Hall of Tom Bean; brothers, W.L. Wood of Satellite Beach, Fla., and Bobby Dean Wood of Lubbock; and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today, May 10, 2002, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Scofield officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park in Big Spring under the direction of Hubbard- Kelly Funeral Home.
