Hunter ARLINGTON - C.W. Hunter, 73, a retired general foreman, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2002 in Arlington. Funeral: 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Moore Funeral Home Chapel, Arlington. Burial: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. C.W. was born October 8, 1928 in Childress. He was an Arlington resident for the last 25 years and formerly a resident of Odessa. C.W. was employed by Brown and Root Construction Company where he spent a lot of time in the Middle East on offshore drilling. He was a charter member of St. John The Apostle Methodist Church. SURVIVORS: Wife of 56 years, Nita Hunter of Arlington; daughters, Brenda Russell Thomas of Arlington, and Cynthia Ann Wood and husband, Danny of Arlington; granddaughter, Emily Russell McBee of San Diego, Calif.; grandsons, Ryan Alan Wood and Robin Blake Wood, both of Arlington; his lap dog and friend, Duke.
