Gaule ODESSA - Karen Dianne Worth Gaule went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Oct. 6, 2002, surrounded by family and friends whom she loved dearly. Karen was born on Aug. 20, 1951, to Marvin and Lu Ellen Huddleston Worth in Ottumwa, Iowa. She is survived by her husband of thirty years, Bill Gaule; her son, Jonathan; daughter, Jennifer Heuman and husband Jarne; and granddaughter Jordan Dianne Heuman, to be born in January, all of Odessa; her parents, Marvin and Lu Worth of Ottumwa, Iowa; sisters, Pam Frederick-McKnight of Arlington, Texas and Linda Jones of Odessa; and brothers, Dennis Worth and Brad Lee Worth, both of Ottumwa, Iowa. Karen graduated from Ottumwa High School in 1969 and from Ottumwa Heights College in 1972. Karen was a teacher in the Ector County Independent School District. Karen's giving and loving spirit will be missed by all...Her favorite scripture given to her by God was Isaiah 43:1-2. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Odessa Tabernacle Church with the Rev. Doug Herget officiating. Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Dennis Worth, Brad Lee Worth, Michael Jones, Willie Smith, Bruce Bridgman and Steven Hinojos. Edmundo "Mundy" Medrano ODESSA - Edmundo "Mundy" Medrano, 44, passed away on Oct. 5, 2002, at Memorial- Herman Fort Bend Hospital in Houston, Texas. He was born Aug. 19, 1958, in Monahans, Texas to Simon and Lucas Medrano. At an early age, he moved to Odessa where he was raised and later graduated from Ector High School. He worked in construction most of his life. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Rosary will be held at 7:30 p.m. today, Oct. 8, 2002, at Chapa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2002, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Gilbert Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his father, Simon Medrano; brother, Manuel Medrano; and daughter Ashley Medrano. He is survived by his mother, Lucas Medrano of Odessa; brothers Georgio Medrano and Mario Medrano, both of Odessa; sisters, Teresa Madrid and Rosa Martinez, both of Odessa, and Gloria Medrano of San Antonio; as well as uncles, aunts, a nephew, nieces and a host of friends. Pallbearers will be Chris Medrano, David Madrid, Jesse Madrid, Jesse Mancha, Marcos Suchil and Anthony Ramirez. Servicew entrusted to Memorial Services Chapa Funeral Home, 1050 S.
