Cozens, 62, passed from this life on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002. David was born to Clarence Cozens and Goldie Ruth Ketchner Cozens on Feb. 13, 1940, in Portland, Ore. He graduated from Jal High School in New Mexico, and married Dorothy Cozens on September 15, 1961, in Kermit. David worked for Karis Liquor for three years and for Miller Pipeline for 10 years. He was an honorary member of the American Legion, and has been a resident of Odessa since 1976. His parents, Clarence and Goldie Cozens; a brother, Floyd Cozens; and a nephew, Larry Cozens, precede him in death. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Cozens of Odessa; two daughters, Pennie Wilkerson and husband Paul of Odessa, and Stacie Ebersole and husband Mike of Clyde, Ohio; a sister, Shirley Miller of Oklahoma; a sister-in-law, Imajean Bandy of Oklahoma; a nephew, Gary Cozens of Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Ashley and Patrick Wilkerson of Odessa, and Sydney Ebersole of Clyde, Ohio. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army Christmas Fund in lieu of flowers. Services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, 2002, at Sunset Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are entrusted to Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home. Linda Robertson AMARILLO - A beautiful spirit left this earth Friday, Nov. 8, 2002, to ascend to heaven and meet her Lord, Jesus Christ, her earthly father, Montie Bunch, her brother, Kenny Bunch, and her brother-in-law, Larry Moore. Linda R. Robertson was born to Montie and Idabelle Bunch Feb. 1, 1947, in Carlsbad, N.M. Left to mourn her passing and celebrate her life is her daughter, Jennifer Grinie and grandson Hunter Grinie, both of Amarillo; her son Montie Lee Robertson, his wife Rhonda and grandchildren, Nathan and Brenna, all of Frisco, N.M.; her longtime friend, Bobby Love of Amarillo; her mother, Idabelle Bunch of Amarillo; brother, Ronnie Bunch of Fort Worth; sisters, Sue Buller and her husband Howard, Kathy Perry and her husband Robert, all of Amarillo, and Nancy Martin and her husband Charles of Odessa. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousin, nephews, nieces, policy holders, friends, and many others whose lives she touched, also mourn her passing. Her gift of helping was a joy and blessing to all who knew her. Lives were changed by her abundance of giving of herself, her money and her time. The end came so quickly. Services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, 2002, at South Georgia Baptist Church of Amarillo with the Revs. Bob Miller and Keith Buice officiating. A private interment followed at Memorial Park Cemetery. Services entrusted to Schooler Funeral Home of Amarillo. Lillie Lawler MIDLAND - Lillie Pauline "Polly" Lawler went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, Nov. 11, 2002, after her courageous battle with breast cancer. Lillie was preceded in death by her husband Ronnie Lawler, her father Richard Barton and her brother, Arthur David Barton. She is survived by five children and 13 grandchildren; Angie Coleman, her husband Rickey, and their children Jeremy, Paige and Austin of Alma, Mich.; Pauline Phillips, her husband Chuck, and their children Brittany, Alexis and Dakota of Midland; Ronnie Lawler, his wife Sherri, and their children Brandi and Nicky of Dallas; Natalie Tidwell and her children Tyler and Brayden of Midland; Richard Lawler, his wife Jaci, and their children Maegan, Morgan and Landri of Midland. Also surviving Lillie is her mother, Belle Atkinson of Odessa; her sisters, Yvonne Fortner and husband Joe of Midland and Wilma Johnson and her husband Roland of Canyon; and her brother, Dwight Barton and his wife Jean of Kerrville. The family would like to express their deepest appreciation for the love and support shown by Home Hospice. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Services are entrusted to Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
